At Off World Coffee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something isnβt right with your order, weβre here to make it right.
π Returns (Apparel Only):
We accept returns on unused, unwashed clothing items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@offworldcoffee.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the return process.

Once the item is received and inspected, weβll issue a refund or exchange as per your preference.
Note: Return shipping charges are the customerβs responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
β Coffee Products:
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or refunds on coffee items, unless:

The product arrived damaged

You received the wrong item
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and weβll resolve the issue ASAP.
π° Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders).

Returned items must be in resalable condition
