Return & Refund Policy

At Off World Coffee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Returns (Apparel Only):

We accept returns on unused, unwashed clothing items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@offworldcoffee.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as per your preference.

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Coffee Products:

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or refunds on coffee items, unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we’ll resolve the issue ASAP.


💰 Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders).


❗Exceptions:

  • No returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards

  • Returned items must be in resalable condition
